We don't sign NDA's for many practical reasons. We've highlighted some of them below.
- We work with a very large pool of clients and many projects are similar in nature.
- Our team members are not permitted to share private or unpublished project material outside of the agency.
- We don't disclose, use or share project information we receive for any commercial purpose.
- Legal agreements must be reviewed by our counsel and we don't consider NDAs a useful spend of their time.
